
About Fiona
Hi, I’m Fiona Black, an Integrative Health Coach, bodywork healer, and sound therapist.
I know firsthand how stress can show up in unexpected and often ignored ways. During my years working in the demanding dental and medical fields, I thought I understood stress.
I saw it in my patients every day. But I didn’t realise how deeply it was showing up in my own body.
By not listening to what my body was trying to tell me, I faced a series of health challenges autoimmune issues, Hashimoto’s, infertility, and more. It wasn’t until everything caught up with me that I finally stopped, listened, and began to heal.
I was fortunate to be able to step back, study, and retrain, combining my clinical experience with a deep understanding of functional medicine, bodywork, and energy healing.
Today, I help others do what I wish I had done sooner, reconnect with their bodies, restore their health, and build resilience from the inside out.
