I’m Fiona, an Advanced Facial Therapist specialising in Korean Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture, sculpting facial massage, and restorative facial therapy for midlife women.

After more than 20 years in beauty, bodywork, aesthetics, and holistic wellbeing, I have learned that the face often tells a deeper story. It can reflect stress, hormonal changes, poor sleep, lifestyle, digestion, emotional load, and the tension we hold through the jaw, neck, and shoulders.

That is why my treatments go beyond a standard facial. I blend Korean Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture, sculpting facial massage, gua sha, acupressure, Chinese Medicine-informed techniques, and restorative facial therapy to support radiant skin, natural lift, facial definition, tension release, and deep relaxation.
