My work is shaped by a lifelong love of learning and years of international training across both traditional and modern approaches, moving from dental nursing into hands-on bodywork, functional medicine coaching, and sound therapy. I’ve always been drawn to systems that don’t just treat symptoms, but support the whole person.

Today, I bring those worlds together through a grounded, outcome, focused style of care. Sessions blend Chinese Medicine–informed manual techniques (including Tui Na principles), therapeutic bodywork, and a modern understanding of stress, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Practically, that means we look at what your body is doing now how you breathe, where you brace, how you compensate, and we work with the tissue in front of us rather than forcing a “one-size-fits-all” protocol.
